TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Groups must make a reservation. Reservation to be confirmed by payment of a deposit of 30%.
The remaining amount must be paid before boarding. No charge will be levied for cancellations
up to two weeks before the date of departure. After that date we will grant you a no show for
5% of the seats booked. Groups must arrive at the landing stage 30 minutes before the departure
time. Group rates applicable from 20 persons. The rates may change depending on the economic
situation within the scope of the applicable legislation. LES GRANDS BATEAUX DE PROVENCE reserves
the right to amend, cancel or modify a cruise if the technical, nautical or meteorological conditions
require this (in the event of cancellation any amount paid will be fully reimbursed. No liability will
be assumed for any damages). The times of the stops may be altered or reduced in line with navigation
or landing obligations. There will be no lock passage from 10 to 19 March 2008 or on the following
dates: 11 November, 25 December and 1 January
